  • No — there’s no long-term commitment. Some people just want a single session to get clarity, while others prefer regular support. You can choose what works best for you.

  • It’s a 20-minute, no-obligation chat where you can share a bit about your situation, ask me questions, and see whether coaching feels right for you. You don’t need to prepare anything — it’s completely informal.

  • Both options are available. If you’re local to Surrey, we can meet in person, or we can connect via video call wherever you are in the UK (or beyond).
